By making any purchase, attending any Event, entering any Chakula Inc location and/or using our Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein and that that these Terms and Conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Chakula Inc.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Thank you for visiting Chakula. We welcome any comments that you may have regarding this Website, our Products, Events or Services. We are confident that you will thoroughly enjoy your Chakula experience while creating and providing healthy meals for you and your family. To assure your safety of you and other patrons while participating in one of our tasting, we ask that you agree to the following rules:

• Frequently wash your hands during your assembly or cooking session
• Wear gloves while handling and measuring ingredients.
• Pull back and secure long hair.
• Use utensils provided to assemble or cook meals.
• If you are sick, please reschedule your session.

In order that you and your family are protected, we ask that you agree to the following:

• Transport the meals to your home in a safe manner
• Immediately freeze (or place in freezer) all meals when you arrive home.
• Follow all cooking and preparation instructions that are labeled on your meals. When appropriate, use a food thermometer and follow internal temperature suggestions.
• All meals that require thawing before being cooked are to be completely thawed in the refrigerator to insure food safety during the thawing process.
• On our website, we have provided a section and link to food safety
• Some Chakula tasting sessions will serve complimentary wine during the private sessions. If you are attending one of these sessions, please drink responsibly, moderate your consumption and use a designated driver.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing any products, registering for and/or participating in any session, service or other event provided, hosted, promoted or otherwise associated with Chakula Inc., its affiliates or licensees, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Limitation of Liability.

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, I HEREBY AGREE THAT I SHALL NOT ASSERT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY ADVERSE TO Chakula Inc., ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES OR LICENSEES , FOR ANY ASPECT OF THE EVENT.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT I WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND ASSUME THE RISK OF: THE FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES WHICH I EMPLOY DURING THE COURSE OF THE EVENT; ASSEMBLED FOOD AFTER BEING REMOVED FROM THE Chakula PREMISES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FREEZING AND REFRIGERATING OF THE FOOD.

FURTHER, I DO HEREBY AGREE WITHOUT EXCEPTION TO FULLY RELEASE Chakula Inc FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, AS WELL AS INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Chakula Inc, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND LICENSEES AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES I SUSTAIN, OR THAT ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH OR CONNECTED WITH ME IN ANY WAY MAY SUSTAIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OR DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM MY PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES; PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT; OR ENTRY TO A Chakula SITE OR EVENT. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO EACH AND EVERY PURCHASE, EVENT, SERVICE AND WHEN I AM ON THE PREMISES OF ANY Chakula SPONSORED LOCATION.

Food Allergies

Ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Please ask Chakula Inc for help with any food allergies.
